警視庁の警視総監用の制帽（　旧型　）です。警察官や消防官の勤務用制帽では、
高官や幹部用でも鍔に刺繍や金色の顎紐は使われません。しかし、帽子の周りに
巻かれている帯の金線の本数や太さで階級がわかるようになっています。この警視総監用
の制帽には太線２本( 6 mm )がつけられています。帽章には金色の警察章、周りに
桜の葉と花の刺繍がされています。警視総監は警視庁の長で有ると共に最高位の階級に
なっています。

The cap for the Police Superintendent General of Metropolitan Police Department.
The service cap for Police Officers and Fire Officers has no embroideries on the visor and gold
chin strap even if it's for High Rank Officers. But it's given gold line on the race around cap frame
so we can know the cap is worn by which ranked Officer. This Superintendent General's cap has
two bold line( 6 mm ). The cap badge has one Police emblem then given cherry leafs, buds and
blossoms around it. The Police Superintendent General is the highest rank of police officer in Japan
as well as the rank for Chief of Metropolitan Police Department.
